Essence Flow
A Hatha Yoga class, a meditative and grounding experience where through gentle transitions, a variety of poses are enjoyed linking movement to breath. Cultivating fire (Agni) and nectar (Soma), harmonizing our systems while connecting with our inner light.
Yin Yang Therapeutic
Yin/Yang Therapeutic is a vinyasa flow of complementary forces. This class starts with a meditative warm up that leads into an engaged, energetic flow to strengthen and activate. During Yin poses, expect adjustments to provide full relaxation and a sound healing element in Savasana into surrender.
